For login, subscription, restore purchase, schedule, match radio, or AI Q&A issues, send us the details below so we can investigate quickly.

Open the app profile page and use Restore Purchase. If Pro access is still missing, contact support with your Apple ID purchase receipt status or transaction date. Do not send full payment card details.
Tell us whether you use email, Apple, Google, or guest mode. If possible, include the email address attached to the account.
Include the match name, kickoff time, and whether the issue affects text radio, audio playback, or AI match questions.
Include the competition, teams, and the incorrect match time or score you are seeing.
